At Darryn Wright Consulting we have a wealth of experience in Hospitality and Facilities management recruitment. With experience in the hotel, contract catering, stadia and FM world Darryn has been recruiting since 2001, and making placements at all levels. It truly is a family business in all senses of the word, as Sascha Rawlinson (Wright) is also on hand to oversee all Catering, Retail and Restaurant Recruitment having worked as a Regional Manager and Operations Director with companies such as Manchester Utd, Ego Restaurants and Sainsbury’s Restaurants division in her career.
In 2025 alone, placements were made for General Manager’s, Head Chef’s, Sales Manager’s, as well as CDP’s, and Assistant Restaurant Manager’s. We also moved into Care Home recruitment in 2025 and successfully placed both front and back of House.
You may have worked with us previously, but if not be rest assured as both client or candidate you will be assisted in finding the right solution for you. We work in a consultative rather than agency style, understanding your requirements in order to fulfill your needs, we don’t send lots of candidates for positions, but we do the research and only send the right candidates who fit the clients criteria, saving you time and filling the positions.
